Our most important part is the people that run the parts department.  Your parts manager is Randy Roberts, who could work as a mechanic if we didn’t need him so much in parts.   Randy ensures that our parts team is trained as to the inventory we carry and why it’s so important to keep parts on the shelves.  “I believe in great customer service and a fair price,” Randy says.  “Treating people as I would want to be treated is why our team has been successful.  There’s 100 years of combined service between us.  We’ve seen a lot”
