Quite frankly, we’ve logged in some miles.

Our official story began long before FTE incorporation in 2022.  The partnerships and experience coming together to bring this company to life were seeded over decades of service across the southeast.  FTE began taking shape in 2015 when a team of five began a small, flatbed leasing company. In May of 2022, Pres Overby invested in the company and immediately took steps to grow into a full line dealership – which meant sales, leasing, rentals, parts, service, and graphics.  Within 2 years, the company has grown from 6 to nearly 40 employees and established a 55-acre facility housing over 80,000 square feet of new construction.  This ideal location will include the largest parts warehouse in the southeast, 20 full-service bays and on-site graphics department with 6 indoor install bays.

“We basically grew this place on trust and relationships alone,” Pres says.  “We believe that our brand is defined by the people inside, not the sign outside.  So, finding customers and even employees that could get behind that idea and come on board just fell into place.”  Even though that FTE brand is only – officially – two years old, the process that has made this company so successful so fast has been in place for many years. The motto here at FTE is to “beat the process, not the product”, according to Pres.  To do that, we do have to offer the very best name brand products out there.  And we do.  But more importantly, we strive to be the best at the process, outworking and providing better service, before and after the sale, than you’ll find anywhere else.  That is the FTE difference.
